1. Reservation and Booking

By making a reservation at Grand Hotel & Resort, you agree to these terms and conditions. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the first night's room rate. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at check-out unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A credit card authorization hold may be placed at check-in to cover incidentals. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.

5. Room Occupancy

Maximum room occupancy must be adhered to as specified for each room type. Additional guests beyond the stated maximum may be subject to extra charges or may not be permitted. Children under 12 stay free when sharing a room with parents or guardians.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates hotel policies, disturbs other guests, or engages in illegal activities. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.

7. Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.

8. Pets

Pets are not permitted unless otherwise stated. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation. Please contact the hotel in advance to make arrangements.

9. Changes to Terms

The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
